Following WRc’s appointment of Sonia Home (Chief Executive at C-Me) as one of the Non-Exec Directors, all WRc colleagues have now completed C-me Colour Profiling Foundation Workshops. This is the first step in WRc’s long term commitment to invest in people and enable greater collaboration and communication.
These workshops, introduced across all seven business areas, help everyone to understand the language of colour when describing different behavioural preferences. People also received their own personal profile report. The aim of these workshops was to help each and every team member get the best for and from one another.
By learning about ourselves and about our colleagues we can play to everyone’s strengths more effectively, tailor our communication and work on our areas for development all leading to greater collaboration. These workshops will be built on in the coming weeks by two workshops for our performance coaches to think further about how we use these to best effect within teams going forwards. The team wheels can be updated to be reflective of our day to day realities, and also to use for project and agile teams going forward.
