NQA Certification Limited, UKAS accreditation body, has recently recommended WRC plc for ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 transition and re-certification. In addition to WRc’s 90 years of exceeding customers’ expectations, we have recently transitioned from the 2008 and 2004 standards to the latest international 2015 standards. The ISO 9000 and 14000 family of standards represent international consensus on good quality and environmental management practices.
“We are both proud and excited about our ISO 9001 and 14001 re-certifications which are essential tools across the business. We are continually seeking ways to reassure our customers that the quality services and advice received from WRc are the very best," said Mark Smith, Chief Executive Officer of WRc plc.
WRc has applied ISO9001:2015 to provide a tried and tested framework for taking a systematic approach to managing our processes so that we consistently deliver high quality services that satisfy our customers' expectations and apply strong environmental practices through 14001 to minimise our impact on the environment in the delivery of those services. ISO is recognised in over 170 countries by organisations large and small, in public and private sectors, by manufacturers and service providers, in all sectors of activity as an indicator of good business management practice.
WRc is an Independent Centre of Excellence for Innovation and Growth. They operate across different sectors including Water, Environment, Gas and Resource Management.
