This week WRc’s Resource Efficiency team, aka the Waste Doctors, exhibited at RWM at the NEC in Birmingham. Our stand featured a living wall provided by Treebox, which not only looked spectacular as it completely stood out from the other stands, but proved to be an extremely useful tool for driving footfall to our location and engagement with the WRc brand. The Waste Doctors also wore branded WRc lab coats, in keeping with the theme of our stand. Kathy Lewin who heads of the Resource Efficiency team at WRc, found the 3 days at RWM to be extremely useful in terms of both networking and driving useful conversations with new prospects.
Dr Abraham Negaresh, Senior Consultant in the Treatment Processes team at WRc, spoke about water reuse in the utilities in practice theatre at RWM. His talk was very well received and provided an interesting insight into the innovative ways in which the UK water industry could look to reuse water meant for human consumption, following trends already seen in parts of Europe.
WRc looks forward to exhibiting at RWM again next year.
