Promoting Self-Lay in Water Services: New Opportunities for Developers and Contractors

In January & February 2005, WRc plc hosted a series of four regional workshops for promote the self-laying of water mains and services to Developers and Contractors.

Representatives from each Water Company in the region covered by the workshop were invited to attend to answer questions.

Five of the presentations were common to all workshops:

  • An introduction to the Code of Practice for self-laying of water mains and services (presented by Julia Trew, WRc plc)
