Learn new statistical skills, increase productivity and ensure compliance with WRc’s one – day course, 21st November 2017

Effective management of public water supplies relies on sound analysis of monitoring data. However, statistical methods can be confusing and difficult to implement for non-statisticians.

To assist with this, WRc are holding an ‘Introduction to Water Quality Statistics’ training course on the 21st November 2017, at their office in Swindon. The intensive one-day course is designed to provide water quality professionals with an introduction to statistical concepts and illustrate how appropriate methods can be used to answer common questions like:

- What is the risk of non-compliance to my business?

- Are we doing enough sampling?

- When have changes occurred and were they gradual or sudden?

The course includes training in the use of WRc’s user-friendly software package, enabling users to quickly and easily analyse routine environmental, drinking water and effluent monitoring data.
