A message from Phill Mills, President of the South West Branch of the Institute of Water …

The Institute of Water is, once again, holding a National Award for Innovation to be announced at the President’s Dinner at this year’s National Conference in May.  The South West (SW) Area is supporting WRc’s Open Innovation Day on 25th April and an invitation to exhibit innovations relevant to this event was sent out early January. The SW Area Committee is extending this to invite nominations for the SW Area Award, which will be put forward to the National Award.  All innovative technologies and ways of working across the broad spectrum covered by our industry can be put forward.

If you have an example that you think is worthy of recognition and can claim an association with the South West, please complete the form by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Even if you have already applied to the WRc Open Day, we would ask that you complete the attached form, which will be provided to the judging panel who will make their decision in March - in time to submit to the National Event.  Please send your completed form to pr@wrcplc.co.uk  by 24th February.

If you have any questions please contact Phill Mills (mob: 07713 253498 email: phillmills@policyconsulting.co.uk or Karen Wright (mob: 07979 812168 email: karen.wright@wrcplc.co.uk ).
