About Benchmarking

WRc’s benchmarking service delivers an in-depth analysis of business costs and performance at functional and operational level. Activity based costing of operations and practices are examined in detail, and strategic recommendations for cost efficiency and performance improvement identified, with emphasis on reducing operating costs and improving service.

We use both metric and process benchmarking to identify and implement best practice and improve performance. As implementation is a vital part of delivering the results, WRc undertakes and encourages the will to change practices and implement changes from the start of all benchmarking exercises.
