WRc supports the water industry in determining leakage strategies to reflect the specific conditions of individual water companies. Our leakage expertise is being adopted internationally as best practice. Leakage strategies are developed which consider the potential for reducing leakage, in the context of the associated financial, social and environmental costs and benefits. Our leakage management strategy considers both the potential capital and operational measures that may be adopted to reduce leakage. It develops a robust cost/benefit analysis of the options required to derive the least cost policy of achieving the target level of leakage.
